Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
c777cx reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected identity misrepresentation, suspected bonus abuse, or where required by regulatory or compliance obligations.

Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of closure (subject to KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering obligations) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the Platform's standard withdrawal procedures.
Upon account termination, all licences granted under these Terms are immediately revoked. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that are subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements at the time of termination are forfeited.
